docs(src): re-key live docs.rs comments off the alknet replacement

- src/channels/adapter.rs: OQ-41's QUIC-native substrate deferral now
names the composition layer (owner OQ-43, today the alknet glue)
instead of repo-pinning 'the downstream alknet crate' — matching the
re-key convention already applied to docs/architecture
- src/client/mod.rs: AdapterError's downstream-adapter example renamed
from the retired `alknet-http` to `alkhttp`
- src/client/from_call.rs: stale 'integration test in a later task'
hedging replaced with the actual loopback coverage (relay_tests,
  hub_leg_tests, gate2_tests)

Verified: cargo test (697 ok incl. stub_guard), clippy -D warnings,
fmt --check
