review-wave-7 — the wave-7 gate passes: campaigns audit clean (4 runner-provenance logs, parallel starts, exit 0, 0/0/0 throughout), replay gate green on stable (208 seeds; every_parse drift check end to end), corpus policy intact (seed-900 byte-identical to promoted crash artifact; generator no-op), the three named design points audited resolved (exposure delta D-37/D-38 with reachability pins read back; AGENTS.md flip truthful; exclude mechanism with wave-8 verification parked), harness-model finding dispositioned in research doc §9 (no crate bugs), wasm + all gates re-run green. Record fixes inline: AC boxes ticked in fuzz-target-name-validation + fuzz-campaigns-and-gate; implementation.md wave-7 row -> implemented + reviewed (2026-10-10)
