Remove the Bugs subsection from Source vs. Spec Drift since both bugs
(checkAccess resource bypass and PendingRequestMap type name conflict)
have been resolved. Update intro sentence to remove Bug mention.
ADR-005 and ADR-006 drift tables remain intact.
