fix: add close() lifecycle methods to all adapters, fix WS client handler preservation, add Worker thread context guard
- Add close() to Redis, WS Client, WS Server, Worker Host, Worker Thread adapters
for graceful teardown (cleanup subscriptions, restore handlers, clear maps)
- WS Client now saves/restores original onmessage (consistent with WS Server)
- WS Client dispatchEvent/addEventListener/removeEventListener are no-ops after close()
- WS Server close() removes all connections and clears local listeners
- Redis close() unsubscribes all channels and removes message listener
- Worker Host/Thread close() restore original onmessage and clear callbacks
- Worker Thread throws clear error if globalThis.postMessage is unavailable
- Add double-call guard to WS Server removeConnection
- Export new adapter interface types (RedisEventTarget, WebSocketClientEventTarget, etc.)
- Add sideEffects: false to package.json for tree-shaking
- Update architecture docs: lifecycle section, close() contract, adapter status updates
- 22 new tests covering close(), handler restoration, idempotency, and context guard

Simplify to transport-only: remove call protocol, add EventEnvelope, expand stream operators
- Remove src/call.ts (PendingRequestMap, CallEventSchema, CallError) — call protocol belongs in @alkdev/operations
- Add EventEnvelope type ({ type, id, payload }) as the cross-platform serialization contract
- Simplify createPubSub: replace PubSubPublishArgsByKey tuple model with PubSubEventMap; publish(type, id, payload) and subscribe(type, id) use explicit id for topic scoping
- Update Redis adapter to serialize/deserialize full EventEnvelope
- Expand operators: add take, reduce, toArray, batch, dedupe, window, flat, groupBy, chain, join
- Remove @alkdev/typebox runtime dependency (was only used by call.ts)
- Remove ./call sub-path export from package.json and tsup config
- Update all architecture docs to reflect transport-only scope, add Worker adapter, remove call protocol references
- Remove docs/architecture/call-protocol.md
- Update AGENTS.md with new source layout and transport-only principle

Set up project structure, source files, and architecture docs
- Copy core source from alkhub_ts/packages/core/pubsub/ with import path fixups
(typed_event_target.ts → types.ts, .ts → .js extensions)
- Make PubSubPublishArgsByKey exported (was private type, needed by barrel)
- Add package.json with sub-path exports and optional peer deps (ioredis)
- Add tsup.config.ts with multi-entry + splitting for tree-shaking
- Add tsconfig.json, vitest.config.ts, .gitignore
- Add AGENTS.md with project conventions and adapter checklist
- Add architecture docs following taskgraph/alkhub pattern:
docs/architecture/README.md, api-surface.md, event-targets.md,
iroh-transport.md, build-distribution.md
- Add ADRs: 001-graphql-yoga-fork, 002-tree-shake-pattern
- Copy migration research doc to docs/research/migration.md
- Dual-license MIT OR Apache-2.0 (matching taskgraph)
