| `reviewed` | Architecture final. Implementation may begin. Changes require review. | → `stable` when implementation verified |
| `stable` | Locked. Changes require review and may warrant an ADR. | → `deprecated` when superseded |
| `deprecated` | Superseded. Kept for reference. | Removed when no longer referenced |
