- Add LICENSE, LICENSE-MIT, LICENSE-APACHE for dual licensing
- Add files + publishConfig.access to package.json for npm publish
- Update license references in AGENTS.md and README
- Fix .gitignore: track bun.lock, ignore bun.lockb instead of *.lock
- Track bun.lock in git
